How do I get to the campsite?

The campsite is located in South Brittany, in the department of Finistère, 15 Km from Quimper, at the entrance to Bénodet.

How do I book?

You can book your stay:

- On our website by filling in the online booking form. Booking is quick and payment by credit card is secured,

- By telephone by calling our booking service on +33 298 570 238.

In all cases we will ask for the following information: Surname, First name, Date of birth of each person, address, telephone number. The booking is final and firm after the village gives its agreement, after acceptance of a 25% deposit.

When and how should I pay the balance of my stay?

The balance for the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.

How?

- By Credit card: by internet or by contacting the village's booking service and giving your reference number,

- By bank transfer: directly through your bank noting your reference number and your name on the transaction comments line,

- By cheque or ANCV holiday cheques (for holiday cheques we recommend you send them by registered letter).

What are the arrival and departure times?

For rentals the arrivals start at 4pm and on the day of departure the accommodation must be vacated at 10am. For 2-night weekend offers (excluding bank holiday weekends), rentals are available from 2pm and must be vacated before 4pm.

What is the latest time I can arrive?

In July and August the campsite reception is open until 8pm, at other periods reception is open until 7pm.

What is the procedure if I arrive late?

If you are going to arrive late, please notify the campsite reception. They will leave an envelope for you containing your code for the access barrier, the key to your accommodation and a plan of the campsite.

The entrance barrier operates until 11pm, after this you can park in the car park at the entrance to the establishment.

Are blankets provided in the accommodation?

Blankets and pillows are provided in all 2-bedrooom accommodation, and quilts and pillows are provided in all 3-bedroom accommodation. Sheets or quilt covers are not included (rental price €15 per bed) except for 4 flower and premium accommodation.

Are barbecues allowed?

Yes. All accommodation offered for rent directly by Yelloh Pleasure harbour Village campsite are equipped with charcoal barbecues.

Are babies counted in the accommodation capacity?

Yes they are. The maximum number of persons in the cottage must not exceed the capacity indicated in the accommodation description. The booking service will also be able to recommend the most suitable accommodation according to the number of people.

Can I choose the number of my accommodation?

You can note down your preferences on your online booking form, or mention them by telephone (for example: to be near the services, the swimming pool, etc). The campsite cannot guarantee a pitch number at the time of the bookings. According to availability, the campsite will allocate the accommodation that is the most appropriate to your request.
